7. Delivery & Dispatch

Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00pm will normally be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00pm will normally be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.
Orders placed on Sundays will be dispatched on Monday.
During exceptionally busy periods, bank holidays, adverse weather, postal disruption or circumstances outside our reasonable control, dispatch times may occasionally be affected.
8. Royal Mail Delivery
Orders are sent using a Royal Mail next-day delivery service, unless another delivery option is stated during checkout.
A next-day delivery service refers to the postal service selected at dispatch and should not be interpreted as an absolute guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver the parcel on the following day unless the particular service expressly provides such a guarantee.
Once a parcel has entered the Royal Mail network, delays can occasionally occur that are outside our direct control.
Where tracking information is available, this will be provided to the customer.
9. Packaging
Products are packaged carefully to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Orders are:

- Securely packed for transit.
